On Sunday September 18th at 13:04 hours the departments B-platoon was dispatched to Gainscott Lane for a reported house on fire. EMS arrived on location first and reported two vehicles on fire with extension into the dwelling. 1613 arrived, secured a water supply and began extinguishing the house fire. A second handline was deployed to extinguish the vehicles on fire. Crews were able to quickly put the fire out, and holding the fire from consuming the rest of the house. No injuries were reported, and the fire is under investigation by local and state fire marshal offices.
